Every figure on this page starts as an illustrative placeholder, not a fact about Palm Beach National. We have not seen your tee sheet, your POS or your P&L. The defaults are set conservatively on purpose - the attach rate sits below our own Phase 1 target - because a model that only works at optimistic inputs is not a model. Put your real numbers in and the arithmetic is yours.
