Prototype flow 3 · 07-FLOW-MAP.md §8

Run the place

This is the only flow that crosses surfaces, and that is exactly why it is the strongest argument in the deck. Five screens, three surfaces, one beer. No competitor can show this path because no competitor owns all three ends of it.

The two marked steps are where the surface changes. C-07 is the beat where a kitchen ticket becomes a person driving to a green: the dispatcher picks a runner against where the group will be by the time they arrive, not where they are now. R-01 is that same order in the runner's hand, one enormous button. Then C-22 shows the owner what the loop was worth — attach rate, revenue per round.

A deliberate change from the pitch doc

03-PITCH-PACKAGE.md §4 specs this flow as C-01 → C-06 → C-11 → C-22. Swapping C-11 for C-07 → R-01 makes it tell the delivery story end to end instead of touring four unrelated screens. C-11 is still shown, from the role-landing switcher.

All 5 built

C-07 was the missing link and now exists. The golfer-side ends of this loop — G-33 placing the order, G-34 watching it land — are in flow 1.
